PROCESSING TIMES
Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-3 days to process your order after confirmation (For example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Thursday). We do not offer same day shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

CORONA VIRUS INFO:
Due to the recent Corona Virus outbreak, shipping companies, shipping lines and normal delivery services have been experience huge delays with getting your package to your door. This is for obvious reasons, the main one being people having to take a lot of time off work due to the outbreak which has a huge knock-on effect that results in slower delivery times.
As of now (23 January 2020), delivery times are 2-4 weeks. However, as we are uncertain as to how this situation will play out, delivery times could become longer...
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will do everything in our power to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already been shipped, please email support@bowandsnow.com.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and send us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@bowandsnow.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGEDÂ
We do ship every item with all the protection that is needed. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens, please contact us with both of the following:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product
Once received, we will be happy to send out another free of charge.

Please note:Â We will not accept responsibility if your local postal service has marked your items as delivered and you claim you have not received them. The issue then needs to be settled between yourself and the post office. Also, we do not accept responsibility if you fail to provide the correct address.
